We are not the largest Property Management Company in Whatcom County, and that has never been our goal. We have chosen to dedicate ourselves to serving our owners, providing them with excellent screening through a professional company including criminal background checks, credit reporting, prior rental references and employment verification; we offer financial management, licensed maintenance and cleaning services. We will handle your property with expert and caring hand, as if it were our own.

Our goal is to focus on managing and leasing your investment, we are not involved in sales; therefore we are able to pay exclusive attention to our owners, our tenants and the properties we are responsible for. The Realtor community we work with refers many of our Owners and Tenants to us. Effective service to our owners and tenants is the goal of our company.

In the area of cash flow, we process rents, pay your bills and get the balance of your proceeds in your bank account faster than anyone in the business. Our procedures and agreements are constantly updated to keep pace with the changing markets and landlord/tenant issues. Property management is a blend of people and money management.
